New patient information

We look forward to welcoming you to the Novant Health Arbor Pediatrics family! To make your child's first appointment with a provider in our office, please call us at 336-277-1650 between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your child's first appointment so we can collect necessary information. Please bring with you:

• The insurance card covering your child.
• Your method of copayment or payment in full if your child's visit isn't covered by insurance.
• Any prescription or over-the-counter medications your child is currently taking.
