Billing & insurance
Novant Health Arbor Pediatrics wants you to spend your time focused on your child's health care, not on paying for that care. We work to make paying bills and handling insurance as simple as possible. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid. For a list of insurance plans commonly accepted by Novant practices, see below.
Please bring the insurance card covering your child to your child's appointment. If your insurance requires a copay for your child's visit, please bring that copayment with you as well. We accept cash, check, debit card and most major credit cards.
