Appointments

There are a few ways to request an appointment for your child. You can:

• Call our office at 336-277-1650 between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Schedule online via MyChart. (If you need same-day appointment for a sick child, please use New Problem Visit as your Reason for Visit.)

Same-day and next-day appointments

If your child is sick or hurt, we will make every effort to see you at a same-day or next-day appointment. You can schedule those online even after office hours using our online scheduling tool. If you think your child might be having a medical emergency and could require care sooner than you can make a trip to our office, either call 911 in an emergency, or call our office at 336-277-1650. After-hours calls are handled by our triage team, and will be directed to your provider as needed.

Weekend Sick Clinic

We understand that colds, sore throats and tummy aches do not pay attention to the calendar. That is why we offer a Weekend Sick Clinic! If your child has a minor illness or injury and you don't want to wait until Monday, you can see a provider at our Weekend Sick Clinic between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Saturday or Sunday. Patients who have been previously seen for an acute illness can also make follow-up appointments during this time.

No-show policy

If you need to change or cancel your child's appointment, call our office office at least 24 hours in advance. If you repeatedly do not show up for scheduled appointments, you could be fined or dismissed from our clinic.
